Li Zhicong (China)

Li Zhicong graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai Normal University in 1982. He has served as the vice principal of Shanghai Preschool Education College and the secretary of the Party Committee in the School of Education and Special Education at East China Normal University.

In March 2000, Mr. Li was transferred to the No.2 High School of East China Normal University as the secretary of the Party Committee and vice principal. Since January 2017, he has served as the principal of the No.2 High School of East China Normal University alongside serving as the deputy director of the East China University Education Group.

Carol Santos (USA)

During her 25 years as an educator, Carol Santos has gained vast senior leadership experience. She has held a number of senior roles, including principal and vice-principal, in various prestigious, independent US boarding schools. These include Groton School, one of the top boarding schools in the USA, and reputable girls’ school, Miss Porter’s School. Prior to joining Huaer Collegiate, Ms. Santos was head at a public day school Centennial Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

He is a ‘super principal’ in Shanghai and has won numerous accolades throughout his career, including Shanghai Model Worker Award, Shanghai Inspector Award, Shanghai Gardener Award, Advanced Experimental Worker of the 15-Year Scientific Research and Education Reform of the Central Institute of Educational Science.
